Andrew Lyons | Founder & Owner
Andrew Lyons, having transitioned from a distinguished career as a Weapons Systems Officer (WSO) in the United States Navy, brings a decade of disciplined leadership, dynamic decision making and strategic expertise to the financial sector. During his active duty service, Andrew flew in F/A-18F tactical fighter jets where he honed his critical skills in high-pressure environments and developed a keen ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, and incredibly demanding scenarios.
Upon leaving active duty, Andrew pivoted to the Capital Markets field where he quickly adapted to the challenges and dynamic nature of the industry. His skillset acquired during his military service transferred over to his new career and solidified his decision to further his career in the financial sector.
Andrew founded Valor Mortgage Services, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in 2024, to deliver high quality boutique services to clients and provide the best customer experience. Valor Mortgage Services embodies all the values of integrity, excellence and service.
Brian Frye | Chief Operating Officer
With his extensive experience and leadership skills, Brian oversees various responsibilities that drive the success and growth of Valor.
During his 20-year career in the mortgage sector, Brian has applied his extensive capital markets, default, and servicing knowledge to build high-performing sales and operation teams and to create innovative solutions for clients navigating complex challenges.
Brian served as President of Servicing and Capital market at Slate MS where he played an instrumental role in broadening the Company’s product offerings and expanding into new markets. Additionally, Brian co-founded AMRE Solutions, a diversified mortgage default services company, where he served as a principal.
